Evan Lipstein is Global Security Group's Vice-President and Director of Business Development. Evan is responsible for the GSG's sales and marketing and also manages the relationships with the company's vendors. In addition, Evan is also in charge of all matters involving life safety systems and is a recognized authority in the field. Evan has an extensive background in building safety products of all types and has frequently collaborated on the development of new and innovative safety products. Evan is particularly well known as an expert on photo luminescent egress guidance systems and New York City Local Law 26 requirements for high-rise building safety. He is also the owner of Hyline Safety Company and his firm has done photo luminescent installations in more than 220 commercial high-rise buildings in New York.

Evan's expertise in product application and design is enormously valuable to our clients with respect to their needs for safety related products including window "blast" film, automated external defibrillators, filtration masks (including the Triosyn respirator), evacuation chairs and other similar systems.

Evan is GSG's "point man" involved in managing our firm's relationships with commercial property owners and managers. He is a licensed Real Estate Broker and Principal and has been involved with the Real Estate industry for more than twenty years. Evan interacts with building owners and managers on a daily basis and his background in the commercial real estate industry makes Evan uniquely effective in understanding their needs and concerns. Evan is a graduate of the University of Colorado in Boulder.
