Our instructors are NYSDCJS certified and have taught at some of the world's most prestigious law enforcement training academies in the world including the FBI/DEA Academy, the NYPD Police Academy and the Achuza (the training academy for the Israeli General Security Service). Our training is without peer in the industry. Many of the largest security companies in the world send their personnel to GSG for training.

Global Security Group (GSG) follows a simple process in our guard service practice. We hire and retain only high quality personnel possessing integrity, character and a proven work ethic. We offer our clients highly competitive rates while paying our personnel at the high end of the pay scale for the security guard industry. Many of our guards have been recruited from other security companies, drawn by Global's high pay rates and training programs. Each employee is carefully vetted and must pass extensive skill testing, background checks and drug testing. Our armed guards are all current or former law enforcement professionals drawn from elite units within their respective agencies.

Global Security group provides each guard with specific site security training and further safety training on basic first aid, adult CPR training and use of the automated external defibrillator. Many of our guards are Fire Safety and Emergency Action Plan Directors and are well-prepared to handle emergencies in your building or facility.
